[ About me ]

Who you're working with.

Ten years in digital product design, built on a foundation in UX. That is still where the work starts — research, architecture, deciding what gets built first — and it widens from there into interface design, design systems, brand and identity, and the sites that carry them.

How the work runs.

Brief
Everything you already have — the docs, the tickets, the half-finished thinking — and a read on what is actually broken and what it is costing.
Findings, annotated flows, and a prioritised plan
Architecture
Structure before surface. What lives where, what a person does first, and what the system needs to hold — settled before anything gets styled.
Sitemap, user flows, and wireframes to react to
Design
The interface people actually touch, built on a system rather than a pile of screens, so the tenth page costs less than the first.
Final screens and the design system underneath them
Delivery
Nothing ships unreviewed. Every change is checked against the real thing before it reaches anyone, and you get the files to keep building from.
Specs, tokens, and files your engineers can build from

What to expect.

01.
What kinds of projects are the best fit?
Blackline is built for complex digital products — SaaS, enterprise platforms, AI-enabled tools, redesigns and design systems. The best fit is usually a product that needs more than visual polish, although, I also handle efforts such as branding and landing page design.
02.
Can you work with an existing product?
Yes. Many engagements start with something already in motion such as a live product, Figma library, codebase, prototype or AI-generated build. I’ll assess what exists, preserve what works and focus effort where it will make the biggest difference.
03.
What does an engagement usually look like?
There are no fixed packages. An engagement might be a focused product audit, a redesign of a key workflow, a new feature or platform, a design-system effort, or ongoing product design support. Scope is shaped around the problem rather than a predefined deliverable list.
04.
Can you work directly with my development team?
Yes. The work is designed with implementation in mind, and I can stay involved through handoff, engineering collaboration, implementation review and refinement so the intended experience survives production.
05.
What information should I provide?
To get started, share your project brief, goals, target audience, and any reference materials. The more context you provide, the better I can tailor the approach.

Let's discuss.

The fastest way to start is with a conversation. Bring the product, the constraints, and whatever is on your mind.
